Hill Wedding // Ward Manor at Buck Mountain, Virginia
There just aren’t enough nice words to explain how great this couple is. I met Zack many years ago through his brother and recently met Alyssa after she inquired with me about their wedding day, but I still felt as if I already knew her. She actually was recommended from one of my previous brides Erin Lael! So a thank-you goes to her for the wonderful connection! Alyssa and I immediately bonded after starting to discuss her wedding and I just felt really comfortable and connected to her throughout the whole process, which is super awesome and something I always want to strive for.
Alyssa and Zack met in middle school and started dating in 8th grade. They stayed together throughout the rest of middle school, high school and ended up attending the same college and remained together during their college years as well. Their love and relationship is so awesome and I really felt it on their wedding day. The day was full of laughs, tears, hugs, kisses, and all the good stuff in between. We started at Alyssa’s parents house where she got ready and they married in a local church in Independence and we then headed to their reception site at Ward Manor. The night ended with a lot of great dance moves and a sweet sparkler exit.
Also — If you haven’t heard of Ward Manor then you definitely need to check it out because it’s the cutest venue tucked back in the Blue Ridge Mountains and it has views for days! So basically what I’m saying is, get married there because it’s amazing. Enjoy these images of the Hill’s beautiful wedding day!
